Faith Formation / Sacramental Preparation Registration 2026-2027

Registration for 2026-2027 All Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation classes is NOW OPEN.

Registration is a simple THREE step process

If already have a "myownchurch" account skip to Step Two and sign in with your email and password

Registration, sacramental fee is $250/family, regardless of number of student(s), 

classes or sacraments. 

1. If using ParishGiving, select one-time payment and note "Faith Formation with student name(s)." 
2. If using a different option, consult the Payment options above form and include in description "Faith Formation with student name(s) and grade(s)"

Average time to complete all forms is 5-10 minutes.
