How to Enroll 1st to 12th Grade Students for Faith Formation

Step TWO: How to Enroll 1st to 12th Grade Students in Faith Formation or
Sacramental programs using ParishSoft “Online Registration”

1. Open: https://orange.parishsoftfamilysuite.com using Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
2. Login to your “myownchurch” account with your username and password
3. Update family info under My Family > Family Details.
    • Add missing students and sacraments before continuing.
4. Under Faith Formation:
    • Review family info again if prompted.
    • Period is set to current enrollment term
    • Add students one at a time (grade, needs, session choices, etc.).
    • After all students are entered, click Submit Registration.
5. Email confirmation will follow. Parish reviews submissions weekly.
6. Once placed in a class: You will receive 2 emails:
   • A Confirmation from ParishSoft with the classes.
   • A Flocknote containing the needed:
            i. Waiver forms
           ii. Payment info for the family fee
7. To complete registration:
   • Sign waiver
   • Pay fee (cash, check, or credit)
   • Student is officially enrolled
Time to register a student:
   • If info is current: <5 minutes
  • If starting fresh: ~15 minutes
