Registration for 2024-2025 All Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation classes is NOW OPEN.

Registration is a simple THREE step process

Step Three: Initial and Date these Consent Forms

and review payment options for the $250/family fee.

2024-2025 registration, sacramental fee is $250/family, regardless of number of student(s), 

classes or sacraments. 

1. If using FaithDirect, select one-time payment and note "Faith Formation with student name(s)." 
2. If using GiveButter, pay only one family fee to Gr 1-5 OR Gr 6-12  based on the grade of the youngest student enrolled 
3. If using a different option, consult the Payment options above form and include in description "Faith Formation with student name(s)"

Average time to complete all forms is 10-15 minutes. Do it now as classes will fill up quickly!!!
