Through Confirmation the individual’s baptism is reinforced, and sealed. This sacrament, like baptism, may only be celebrated once.
It is closely linked with baptism in that there is an anointing with oil (Chrism), laying on of hands, and special activity of the Holy Spirit.
When celebrated apart from Baptism & First Holy Communion, the bishop or a priest designated by him is the minister of Confirmation.
St. Juliana Church will be presenting class sessions on Tuesday evenings starting March 19 and conclude on June 9th with the celebration of Pentecost on June 9th.
If you are over the age of 18 and have not received the Sacrament of Confirmation please contact Mike McHenry at 714-853-1193.
